Jacqui CLARKSON - Needlework
Jaqui is a threads and fibre artist/teacher working with guilds in both the USA and Canada. Jaqui has taught at cross stitch festivals, trade shows, needlework shops, the Embroiderers Guild of America and the Amercian Needlempoint Guild at their National seminars.
Commisions have included oversized ornaments for the christmas tree in the Blue Room of the Whitehouse, needlework pieces in support of World AIDS day as well as private commisions.
Jaqui likes to encourage her students to explore their own creativity while in class and learning new techniques while reviewing previously learned ones.
"Mucking about" is a well used phrase with Jaqui.
